KSC worked with U.S. Homes (which has since been acquired by Lennar) throughout the entire process of creating Heritage Harbour, a world-class, master-planned community. From opening the golf courses and club houses at River Strand and Stony Brook, to implementing an environmental program within the community, KSC was there every step up the way … beginning with the market research. KSC helped manage the public relations surrounding the expansion of State Road 64, created the developments’ logos and organized a number of major sales events. In total, KSC partnered with U.S. Homes for nine years, until the opening of River Strand.
